On 11 February 2014, the fourth machine at wind park Neuhof III was connected to the power grid. The wind park is now finally complete and will produce clean W.E.B electricity for about 100,000 households. Four plants of the Vestas V112 class with a hub height of 119 meters and 510 tons of weight are added to the existing 11 W.E.B plants. The total investment costs amounted to EUR 18.8 million.
"We are approaching another historic W.E.B date!” CEO Andreas Dangl is pleased to inform. And he continues, “Our next plant will be the final step to cross the 300 MW line in production capacity. We expect the next Canadian machine to be connected any day now, so it will happen very soon.”
