Annual General Meetings

Annual general meetings form an integral part in the annual calendar of any stock corporation (Aktiengesellschaft) and are subject to both the Austrian Stock Corporation Act (Aktiengesetz) and its articles of association. 



         

 

In line with the idea of citizen participation, annual general meetings not only give shareholders the opportunity to vote on key corporate decisions, but they also provide a setting for them to exchange ideas with other W.E.B shareholders as well as the Supervisory Board and the Board of Directors.
