W.E.B Production Results November 2022

The overall monthly production of 124,573 MWh remained clearly below the defined target.

Following the warmest October since measurements began, November was not so extreme but still very mild. The prevailing weather situation in Central Europe made wind power generation more difficult. Accordingly, production results in Austria, Germany, Czech Republic and Italy were considerably below the defined target. France was the only W.E.B market in Europe which recorded a significant increase in wind power production. Canada showed above-average wind power generation, whereas the USA could not achieve the budgeted results.

The sunshine scorecard presented a mixed picture in November. Photovoltaic production in the USA was higher than planned, but PV production in Austria, Germany and Italy missed their monthly targets.

In the hydroelectric power segment, Austria and Germany remained below target.
