Joseph's journey in renewable energy began at the University of Rhode Island, where his passion for sustainability was ignited. Throughout his career, he has gained valuable experience in various energy sector roles, continually deepening his understanding of the industry.
With a vision for accessible and affordable renewable energy, Joseph aims to support and guide the US towards a greener future through W.E.B. As CEO, he fosters a supportive workplace where pride and resources drive success. Leading by example, Joseph inspires his team to push boundaries and enact meaningful change in the energy sector. Joseph is an avid soccer fan (Go Revs!), former player, and referee.

Manuela Haas
Manuela is the modern and down-to-earth CFO who always strives to create a balanced connection between financial performance and employee well-being.
Her career has been shaped by experience in various industries and countries. From renewable energies to the packaging and beverage industries, she has continued to develop her passion for sustainable finance strategies and analytical thinking. Each stage of her career has taught her that success depends on empathy, teamwork and the ability to identify and seize opportunities. As CFO, her mission is to put these insights into action on a daily basis and to accompany our company on its path to success.
In addition to her work as CFO, Manuela loves to explore digital innovations, relax with a good book, practice yoga for balance and prepare delicious dishes for friends and family and host them warmly.
